Heart attacks

What is it? 
heart attack is when there is a sudden blockage of an artery that supplies blood to a part of your heart. It happens when a blood clot completely blocks the flow of blood and seriously reduces blood flow to the heart muscle.

Cause 
You smoke
You have high cholesterol
You have high blood pressure
You have diabetes
You are physically inactive
You are overweight or obese
You eat an unhealthy diet
How to prevent it 
Don't smoke 
Stay relaxed when stressing
Stay in shape
Eat healthily

Treatment 
Treatment ranges from lifestyle changes and cardiac rehabilitation to medication, stents and bypass surgery.
Medications given to treat a heart attack might include: Aspirin
Aspirin reduces blood clotting

Symptoms 

Sweating, Restricting Feeling, Fatigue, Shortness of Breath, Dizziness,
Insomnia, Chest pain
