2019 Hec



Today we learnt three


  1. That once the rice I cooked you need to ensure that it is stored correctly and for no longer than 24 hours before you, the risk of getting food poisoning from the bacteria called listeria. (a type of bacterium which infects humans and other warm-blooded animals through contaminated food).
  2. That 4-60 degree is the danger zone 
  3. The temperature where bacteria best grows is the optimal bacteria growth ( 37*)
