What was the slave triangle
The First Passage was from Europe to Africa. The cargo on this passage was guns and weapons.
What was the Middle Passage
The first slaves to America went to Charles Town, South Carolina. Here slaves would be sold in auctions.

Materials like cotton and tobacco that slaves picked were sent to Europe and sold

I enjoyed the Sensory Language. I like the challenge of having to use all five senses.
Burgers
Recipe
Basic Hamburger Recipe
Ingredients - Serves 4
• 250g lean beef or lamb mince
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 1 egg
• 1cup soft white breadcrumbs
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tsp oil
Method
1. Mix the mince, onion, egg, breadcrumbs and seasonings
together.
2. Using wet hands shape into 4 flat patties of equal size.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan, add patties and cook for about 5
minutes each side or until cooked through.
4. Serve between buns or bread with desired fillings

I was wiping down the benches
I was cooking the patties
What issues did you encounter
The patties kept on breaking, next time we will cut the onions smaller.
What improvements need to be made
The jobs need to be spread out evenly in our group.

A heart attack is when there is a sudden blockage of an artery that supplies blood to a part of your heart. It happens when a blood clot completely blocks the flow of blood and seriously reduces blood flow to the heart muscle.

Today we learnt three
- That once the rice I cooked you need to ensure that it is stored correctly and for no longer than 24 hours before you, the risk of getting food poisoning from the bacteria called listeria. (a type of bacterium which infects humans and other warm-blooded animals through contaminated food).
- That 4-60 degree is the danger zone
- The temperature where bacteria best grows is the optimal bacteria growth ( 37*)
