I don't like Gymnastics because i am not good at it

Today I  work on the mat and on the beams

I did not enjoy to day's lesson

Benedicts Test

Testing for simple sugars (the benedicts test)

Aim: To find out if a bk cheese burger has simple sugars

Method:
1. Place the food sample in the test tube
2. place 3 drops of iodine/benedicts  solution in the test tube
3. Heat up the test tube over a Bunsen burner

Equipment:
1. Bunsen burner
2. Test tubes (x2)
3. Benedicts and iodine
4. Food

Iodine:
Chips: turned black
Meat: turned a darker brown
Cheese: turns a reddish brown colour
Bread: the bread turn black

Benedicts:

Meat:Turns Black

Gherkin: Turns Yellow

Bread: Turns Orange

Sauce: Turns Green

Sustainability 1

Aim: 
I want to find out how to grow a sustainable garden.

Things I need to consider:

• Can the plants grow in our climate?
• What plants can you grow when planted in July?
• How long do they take to mature? When can they be harvested?
• How many mature plants will fit into my garden size?
• How can I water them during the holidays?
• How do I keep pests away?
